Akaushi beef comes from a rare Japanese breed of cattle known as the emperor's breed, part of the Wagyu family. These cattle are renowned for their superior marbling, tenderness, and rich, buttery flavor. Akaushi beef is also prized for its health benefits, being naturally high in monounsaturated fats, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, and essential nutrients.
