This package includes a wide range of cuts and gives you the opportunity to request specific preferences prior to processing. 

Deposit & Payment Info:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of purchase to reserve your Half Beef Package. The remaining balance of will be collected prior to pickup/delivery.

Denver, Del Monico, Tomohawks, and other cuts are available upon request prior to processing. Final cut list may vary based on current inventory and butcher availability.

Pickup Details:
Bulk beef shares are available for local pickup only—either directly from our ranch or a designated location near Fort Worth, TX. We’ll personally coordinate pickup details with you after your order is placed.
