Akaushi beef comes from a rare Japanese breed of cattle known as the emperor's breed, part of the Wagyu family. These cattle are renowned for their superior marbling, tenderness, and rich, buttery flavor. Akaushi beef is also prized for its health benefits, being naturally high in monounsaturated fats, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, and essential nutrients.

Recently tasted Twister T Akaushi x Angus beef for the first time and couldn’t have been more impressed with the taste, texture and quality of their meat! The buttery flavor that Akaushi x Angus beef is known for was apparent in all their beef. My personal favorite was the filet which was rich, buttery and melts in your mouth! The ribeye had great marbling and the ground beef was light, flavorful and delicious. Will definitely be ordering again and plan to keep my freezer stocked with this high quality beef!
